Location is good & walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Hotel & Convention Centre. The room & washroom are small & functional, BUT I can hear a lot of noises from my 2nd floor & the room above. On my 2nd & 3rd night stays, I experienced 2 groups of inconsiderate guests: 1. Parents w 1 or 2 kids from same 2nd floor crying, playing &, talking loudly from 1-3am & all their noises can be heard clearly. Worst still, I had to call the receptionist 3-4 times on my 3rd night to ask the receptionist to speak to that group of guests to be a bit more considerate & lower their noise level before he came up. 2. The room above me always had noises like heavy things dropping or turning around the bed, which can be heard clearly too. 🤦♂️ Will give a 2.5 out of 5 stars due to the noises, including shower noise from the hotel room opposite mine on 2nd night + the inattentiveness by the night duty receptionist with numerous calls required. Other than the above, I think the morning duty receptionists are nice, understanding & accommodating. Do bring along your own slipper as it is not provided.

窓ありの部屋を選択しましたが、窓に隙間がある(釘で打ち付けられているので開く心配はないが)ため、外の音やにおいが結構気になった 狹いながらも歯ブラシ、ドライヤーなど用意してあり便利。スタッフさんも協力的で感じが良い

It’s one of my worst experience in recent travel. I have to change 4 rooms because all the water heaters are spoilt. The room is either too noisy (till the point that I worried that my safety is at risk) or there’s cigarette smell. The whole process took me 2hrs. Because I’ve checked in late (at about 10pm), I only manage to get rested at 12mn. Even though the hotel staff offered me a late check out at 2pm, it’s not useful for me because I am due to fly out at 2pm. Overall, I will not recommend.

The location is very good and there are many shops nearby. It is strongly recommended not to live on the first floor. It is very noisy. The doorbell keeps ringing, and it keeps ringing until 12 o'clock in the evening after 6 o'clock in the morning. . Affect the rest

There was a RATATOUILLE IN MY ROOM !!! It climb up to our beds and even to my family hands and face it’s so disgusting 🤮 And all the bed sheets is not clean my family body gets itchy after staying there the first night. The travellers beside my room had check out for 2 days and the room is not cleaned by the staff even after few days. The towels they provided was also so dirty so many hairs stick on it. And on the first day when we request for a towel the staff only said that they can provide it the next day ?! Even only requested for one towel not 4 🥲. Their aircon was not cold also need to open the fan whole night so you did not feel too hot. I’ve read those comments and they said has cockroach. I didn’t saw cockroach but end up with a RAT 🥲🤮. This was my poorest experience ever in my life. The only pros of this hotel is the strategic location because it was near to sunway pyramid
